Another Beautiful Day

Hi!

It's been another beautiful day in kindergarten! This morning we went out to the garden with Nurse Amy to plant lettuce! This lettuce will be used in school lunch! So cool!



We are becoming pros at rotating through math menu! Everyone is being helpful, kind and respectful.

Just some things to note:

  • Every Thursday I will send home a note explaining important things going on in our classroom. This is also a time for the office to send home important info that you need to know. These notes are sent home in the blue folder you received at kindergarten orientation. Please make sure it is returned before the next Thursday!
  • Picture Day is coming up fast! In the home folders you will find the envelope you need to order school pictures! 
  • Open House September 22nd.
  • Cardboard Challenge October 4th

Day TWO!

Day two is truly wonderful! We have so much fun together! Today we started working on our first classroom book and WOW it's going to be AMAZING! So many beautiful illustrators and creative thinkers in this class. Also today we completed our first of many Math and Writing rotations. It's been a busy busy busy day! Now to the fun stuff. It's always said that pictures speak much louder than words and I agree 100%. So here are the pictures from our magnificent day TWO! Right after lunch we went outside to explore our school garden with Nurse Amy! We picked marigold seeds which we are going to plant in our classroom!
