First Day Fun!

Today was a wonderful day! We had fun exploring our classroom, learning different expectations and just getting to know one another!

We enjoyed our first special today LIBRARY! Mrs. Burroughs is so nice and we enjoyed our time together.

As a class we read the book Shh We Have a Plan by Chris Haughton. It is a wonderful book that we will be creating our first classroom book about!

In the whirl of the end of day I forgot to send home the first day letters with our schedule. I will make sure to get them home tomorrow in Thursday folders.


I am so happy that we are all together! I can't wait to see what this year has in store for us!

Day TWO!

Day two is truly wonderful! We have so much fun together! Today we started working on our first classroom book and WOW it's going to be AMAZING! So many beautiful illustrators and creative thinkers in this class. Also today we completed our first of many Math and Writing rotations. It's been a busy busy busy day! Now to the fun stuff. It's always said that pictures speak much louder than words and I agree 100%. So here are the pictures from our magnificent day TWO! Right after lunch we went outside to explore our school garden with Nurse Amy! We picked marigold seeds which we are going to plant in our classroom!
