Staying Warm

We had 4 Winds today! Today we learned about the importance of staying warm during the winter and how different animals do through feathers, fur and fat. We learned A LOT! First we watched a fun video, then a funny puppet show! After we put our scientist hats on and took part in an experiment. 100th Day of School!

Happy 100th Day of School!  It is so hard to believe that we are more than halfway through the school year! (176 school days total!) We had an amazing time celebrating! Thank you to everyone who was able to help us celebrate! We even received beautiful shirts in honor of the day!  There were many activities for us to partake in today! I challenged everyone to see if we could read 100 books and write 100 words! It was a challenge... we all accepted the task! and....... WE DID IT! We proudly posted our tallies and words in the hallway for everyone to see! Everyone had a group and we transitioned through different stations! We had a blast!  Between 100 day glasses, hats, coloring, hand tracing and hop scotch there was never a dull moment! At snack we enjoyed juice and our special gorpe! We had so much fun!  Thank you for making today great!  Love, Miss Brehm
